The client is a social services non-profit based in the New York City Metropolitan area. Their mission is to provide compassionate, holistic support to vulnerable populations and communities. Specific services include supportive housing, mental health care, and programming for those with developmental disabilities.

The Challenge

The client sought to expand their social service programs to reach more individuals and families throughout New York City, particularly in the outer boroughs.

However, the client was unable to divert valuable internal resources towards hiring for these roles, limiting their ability to effectively implement their new program offerings. Moreover, these roles in social service delivery are demanding, and thus require candidates with specialized skillsets.  

The Solution

Needing to hire qualified talent quickly to get their new programming off the ground, the non-profit partnered with Planet Professional to help them meet their organizational goals.
