The client is a regional healthcare provider and hospital network that serves local communities.  In addition to operating three hospitals, the client has their own physician network that serves varied and diverse patient needs. The Challenge

To facilitate access to physicians, the client centralized their Patient Service operations (customer service) from many offices into one location.  The client struggled to hire qualified talent at scale and endured turnover in these critical customer service positions.
