CHICAGO, IL (January 9, 2023) — Planet Professional, part of The Planet Group and a leading staffing firm providing Accounting & Finance, Human Resources and Administrative professionals, announced today that Jeff Bonci has been promoted to President. Bonci most recently held the role of Executive Vice President. 

In his role, Bonci will direct Planet Professional’s strategy and operations as well as lead a team of nearly 100 staffing professionals. Scott Ragusa, who previously held the position, will continue in his current role as President of Planet Technology, The Planet Group’s division specializing in Core Technology, Enterprise Systems and Creative & Digital staffing services. 

Prior to joining the firm, Bonci was the Senior Managing Director of a leading global human capital firm where he helped increase revenue by 500% and developed a multi-region sales team. Throughout Bonci’s career he has held senior management, sales and recruiter positions with leading full-service staffing agencies and has helped foster a culture of excellence and sales leadership 

Bonci holds a Bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College in Easton, MA.
