The client is an emotional and mental health organization that partners with facilities and crisis hotline centers across the country. For more than 50 years, their mission has been to improve access and promote quality care for all.  

Key Challenges

In recent years there has been an increased demand for mental health care. To meet the challenge of providing care to individuals and families across the country, the client needed the assistance of a national staffing partner to meet patients’ needs.

The Solution

The client began their partnership with Planet Professional in 2020. Since then, Planet Professional has placed more than 300 resources within the client’s organization. At the outset, this relationship began with a focus on back-office staffing needs for Human Resources, Accounting, and Finance. However, over the years, Planet Professional began staffing the client’s Call Center Counselor roles to assist them in their increasing needs. We have also had the opportunity to fill these positions for the organization’s 988, Here2Help, NYC Well and 311 hotlines.
