Monday – Friday

8:30a – 5:00p

May be part-time WFH as well, especially in beginning


Must Have: 


1 plus year Admin in a medical office


Job Responsibilities:


–          Assists with credentialing and onboarding – including visas, licensing and other regulatory documents/requirements


–          Providing backup administrative support to the training program within Neurology


–          Act as resource to staff and liaison to training program; providing administrative support to program director


–          Audio/visual Zoom conference support – troubleshooting and problem solving


Qualifications (degree, past experience):


–          Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s preferred


–          1+ year of previous administrative experience supporting a Graduate Medical Education Program experience
