Our client, a New York City based non-profit is seeking a Director of FP&A to join their team on a direct hire basis. This individual will be responsible for preparation of budget/forecast reports and analytics collaborating with operations teams within the organization to help develop operational growth strategies and optimization. This position requires experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and return on investment calculations. This role must be able to apply basic accounting principles to analyze and forecast financial information and review and interpret financial reports.
Must Haves:
*Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or economics
*8+ years of FP&A experience
*2+ years of management experience
*Prior experience with budgeting/forecasting and base level accounting principles
*Microsoft Office
Preferred:
*Master’s in Finance
*CPA
*Oracle NetSuite
*Adaptive Insights
