Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business (Extensive on the job experience may substitute for educational requirement)
  • Strong finance experience
  • SAP experience
  • Excel

  • Order to cash knowledge

Job Description/Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for analyzing, monitoring & reporting all aspects of accounts receivable management for US HP.  
  • Prepares reports, analyzes, and consolidates financial information and provides insights to management.   
  • Responsible for supporting Credit Risk in reviewing hold orders, credit limits, and approving customer account changes.  
  • Supports Deduction research in all aspects of return management.  
  • Protects the financial assets and interests of US HP ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Support team members on projects, reporting, testing, analysis, and facilitating 
    collaboration between teams.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business
    (Extensive on the job experience may substitute for educational requirement)
  • Excellent customer service orientation & problem-solving abilities
  • Computer proficiency in Excel
  • BW and SAP is preferred
  • Self-driven, motivated and should be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Solid work ethic, attitude, and interpersonal skills
Requirements:Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. High degree of initiative, accountability, accuracy, problem solving ability and follow-up skills. Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Education: Associates or Bachelors degree or a High school diploma. Fluency in MS Suite including Word and Excel
