A leader in the nonprofit industry is looking for a strong Compensation Manager. This role will own the HRIS system management and compensation planning and strategy.
Must Haves:
- 3+ years experience strong compensation analysis and management experience
- Strong HRIS and data management experience
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivots, lookups, etc)
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field
Preferred:
- ADP Workforce Now experience
- SHRM certification
