  • Strong computer software skills (Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Summary:
Provide Financial and Decision Support to the Project Management Office of a R&D Transformation project. Accountabilities: Strategic thinking, knowledge of systems and development and maintenance of financial processes are critical accountabilities.
Leads consolidation of financial planning, analysis and reporting activities for R&D. Serves as active member of R&D FP&A consolidation team and provides strategic thinking and consultation to support decision making with significance broadly for the R&D Finance team and other key stakeholders within R&D.
  • Accountable for leading R&D consolidation activities related to financial planning, analysis and reporting.
  • Supervise the team for monthly/quarterly closes, tasks including calculation of monthly accruals and preparation of journal entries, as needed.
  • Manage the budget reporting including company’s mid range planning and LE cycles.  Coordinates, builds, and presents MRP/MYC/LRF presentation to R&D leadership
  • Leads month end close process including reviewing monthly decks and interacting with Corporate BP&A. Shares key insights of monthly performance as well as key risks and opportunities.
  • Drive the development and use of the financial planning system for assigned functions, as needed.
  • Performs ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested including tax audits, annual deferred tax analysis, new system and tool implementations.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
