We are seeking an Analyst to support Strategic Finance & Analytics with data driven financial and operational insights to tangibly impact our business. You will spend about half of your time designing, executing and disseminating business case analyses, capital allocation planning and financial models. In addition, you will join a growing team of analysts who turn internally generated data into actionable operational insights for our Clinical, Customer Success, Business Operations, and Marketing teams. Overall, you will play a key role in determining, executing on, and measuring the success of our global financial and operating strategy as we scale rapidly in the US and abroad. The role will report to the Director of Strategic Finance.

You are someone that enjoys leveraging data to identify opportunities to drive business impact, ask the right questions to accurately analyze situations and work with data from multiple and diverse sources when solving problems. You can easily make sense of complex, high-quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to solve these problems through structured thinking and have shown the ability to drive results in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. You enjoy wearing multiple hats and are excited to take on responsibilities that might not be within your job description. Lastly, you are self-sufficient, intellectually curious and take ownership for everything you do.

Responsibilities

? Partner with our finance & accounting team and senior leadership to build financial forecasts and track monthly performance against plan

? Build and maintain long term company financial model to inform internal prioritization and external investor communications

? Build and maintain detailed model of margin structure to identify areas of improvement and direct operational planning

? Support team in future fundraising activities and associated transaction execution

? Partner with key stakeholders and Data Intelligence function to execute against quarterly roadmap of analytics deliverables across key domain areas such as:

? Member lifecycle engagement (conversion, utilization, retention/LTV): partner with key internal teams to analyze and improve conversion funnel performance as well as post-conversion utilization and retention

? Clinical care & quality: work with coach and provider teams to measure and drive treatment effectiveness, identify and address quality improvement opportunities, and help develop strategic programs to deliver improved value-based care in performance-based payment programs

? Commercial strategy and business development: partner with growth strategy to develop and maintain commercial analytics including partner acquisition funnel analysis (internal) and packaging data for business development pitches (external)

? Marketing strategy and execution: assist our global marketing function in how they will measure success and allocate resources to their efforts generating the highest return

Qualifications

? 1+ years experience in a finance-focused role at an investment bank, management consulting firm, or corporation; healthcare or technology experience preferred

? Technical qualifications

? Experience and high proficiency in designing and executing financial models

? Excel expert

? Experience with data intelligence software such as Tableau or PowerBI is a plus

? Key skill qualifications

? Strong critical thinking and active listening skills to infer business needs, grasp underlying context, and translate goals to effective solutions

? Extremely detail oriented and focused on ensuring accuracy in your deliverables, as many items will be shared directly with our Senior Leadership Team, CFO, and CEO

? Strong communication skills and business acumen
