AR Clerk (Entry Level)

Hours: M-F 8hrs/day 40hrs/wk

Job Description/Summary:
This position will work closely with Account Managers and Technical Services Representatives.
Work is 100% on site and is a 40 hour work week. This is a temporary position that can move into a permanent role.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare customer invoices
- Generating accounts receivable invoices and distributing to customers
- Utilizes customer’s online portals for invoice submissions
Qualifications/Skills:
- Must be organized and possess strong communication skills
- Prior experience with Google sheets is a plus
- Computer proficiency and ability to work independently a must.
