Job Summary:
 
  • Provides administrative support to Facility Department & Support Services
  • Manage office & seating assignments, relocations and setup
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups in support of various projects
  • Maintains documentation for the department
  • Collaborate with regional offices on various projects
  • Assist with PO creation, invoice receipts and vendor / supplier communications
  • Assist with fixed-asset management program, including inventory and verification
  • Event planning and management
  • Attends departmental meetings, taking notes and distributing materials as required
  • Ensure positive office appearance
  • Maintains filing system(s) both physically and on SharePoint
  • Work with HR on Wellness initiatives and activates
  • Coordinates between organizational entities that may include other departments,
  • business units, factories, or similar operations
  • Composes letters and correspondence
  • Generate reports and presentation material
  • Performs other duties as required
