Company Info/About: Providing concrete and construction supplies throughout the East Coast.


No vaccines required.


Interview Process: 2 Interviews, preferably both on-site. First one will be with hiring manager, second one will be with hiring manager and COO.


Must Haves:


  • Ability to use a computer, including Microsoft Office with a focus on Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Knowledge of government regulations for the ACA and benefit compliance (401K, FMLA, ADA, HIPPA, ERISA, COBRA etc.).
  • Familiarity with payroll administration.



  • Bachelors in Business Admin, Finance or HR strongly preferred.
  • SHRM member



Job Summary/Description:


Collects and compiles key HR metrics and data from a variety of sources, including human resource information systems (HRIS),  payroll outputs, benefits enrollment records, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, personnel records, government labor statistics, competitors practices, and other sources.

Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention toward benefits enrollment, absenteeism, leave use, recruitment, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.

Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
