Company Info/About: Specializing in the development and operation of solar energy products in the DC area. 

Vaccination required. 

Interview Process: 2 Interviews, first phone screen with their HR consultant, followed by virtual with consultant and Facilities Manager. 

Must Haves: 

•    Bachelor’s Degree
•    6 months experience working in Admin and HR
•    Comfortable working in a smaller office setting, 3 days a week on-site. 

Bilingual candidates will be a huge plus and will certainly stand-out 
2 years HR experience 
SHRM certification/participation 
Familiarity with iSolved and iHire platforms. 

Job Summary/Description:
Start-up company that have experienced rapid growth the past couple years. They are in need of an additional HR person to join the team and help them manage the administrative duties of HR, as well as some of the HRIS technology. They are looking for someone who is willing to grow learn and grow within their organization, and is ok with this job being about 75% Admin work. Want someone who has some experience with HR duties and technology. 

•    Perform HR functions including, but not limited to: new hire onboarding, terminations, benefits administration, employment and income verifications, immigration matters, etc.
•    Maintain HRIS system (iSolved) and Applicant Tracking System
•    Respond to employee benefit and leave questions and concerns in a timely fashion
•    Manage recruiting process, including posting jobs, identifying relevant job candidate pools, scheduling interviews, soliciting feedback from interviewers, providing weekly reports on recruiting activities, creating offer letters
•    Provide initial recruiting phone screens for selected positions
•    Collect timesheets and act as an initial contact for inquiries and issues related to payroll
•    Work with external consultant and/or management to ensure HR guidelines and standards are met
•    Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR systems data
•    Assist all departments with generating training content and administering the company's learning management system (LMS)
•    Maintain employee handbooks and other personnel related policies
