Contracts Specialist

Must Haves:
– Minimum of B.A. or B.S. undergraduate degree
– At least 3 years of related work experience
– Familiarity with, a similar CRM, or other contract/document management tools

– Experience within and/or passion for the clean tech sector a plus
– Experience reviewing/red-lining corporate contracts a plus
– Experience in the legal field

• Reviewing customer file/documentation and working closely with the Sales team in order to draft the appropriate contract(s) or relevant paperwork
• Reviewing and red-lining customer/vendor contracts
• Completing document processes by ensuring delivery to the client/vendor and receiving signed/returned documents, as well as subsequent review for accuracy and completeness
• Support creating and updating internal corporate documents, which may entail timely review and incorporation of policies, researching legal files, and verification of various deal components
• Providing occasional administrative support as needed
• Supporting our legal team on ad hoc corporate projects (such as mergers, reorganizations and others) as needed
