Job Description:
A luxury goods company with a prime location in NYC is seeking a Planning Associate. You will be part of a tight knit forecasting and planning team of 9, assisting them to ensure all administrative and clerical support tasks are completed and the companies high level business protocols are maintained. A background in a planning department will allow for the easiest transition into the position.
Must Haves:

Job Description:
- Ensures that all Company-wide Administrative workflows are maintained
- Entering weekly sales verifications
- Entering monthly inventory reconciliations
- Updating and maintaining account information in core system.
- Entering sales orders for promotional goods.
- Facilitating promotional items and working with shipping team.
- Providing BI shipment reports to help the team stay abreast of product availability.
- Supporting Ad Hoc needs including Back order cancellation to support the team’s workflow
- Maintaining ACT/ CRM/Store Locator/Hours
- Managing mailings of new Store opening Kits
- Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
- Ordering Supplies
- Providing general office support to team
- Following Company-protocols for all Administrative Workflows
