Job Summary:
This position is to support the Board of Registration in Nursing's licensure of applicants as they pertain to Good Moral Character (GMC) and support the Compliance Officer on Child Protective Services background check with the Department of Children and Families (DCF). The GMC and background checks are a requirement for nursing licensure in Massachusetts. In this position, the Administrative Assistant will work collaboratively with Professional Credential Services (PCS) who processes applications for the organization.
The duties will include but not be limited to:
- Managing applicants
- Maintain electronic database
- Collaborating with Board Staff and Compliance Officer
- Receiving and processing supportive documents for GMC evaluation
- Scheduling meetings and drafting letters
