– Prior experience in Financial Services industry with knowledge of annuity products, Licensing & Contracting, general rules and regulations


  • Lead the establishment of contracting, procedures, and strategies related to the efficient administration of processes
  • Think critically, identify trends, resolution, and drive continuous improvement of processes and the customer experience
  • Mentor, train, and provide on the job coaching support to new team members
  • Manage time and workload of self and others efficiently
  • Meet and oversee quality and productivity goals including deadlines for department standards
  • Responsible for timely and accurate control management, reporting, and data collection
  • Support time-sensitive research initiatives and projects
  • Maintain internal databases and systems to thoroughly document and oversee work activity and ongoing communication on assigned tasks
  • Support a team in contractually onboarding new Firms, Financial Professionals, and Agencies to sell annuity products accurately in a high-volume environment
  • Utilize a checklist approach to ensure all required credentials are in good order
  • Order and interpret background investigations appropriately
  • Correctly validate critical compliance regulations are fulfilled
  • Follow a detailed state matrix to validate appropriate state training requirements are completed
  • Calculate and verify commission accurately
  • Correspond with Firms, Financial Professionals, Agencies, and internal teams via email and phone to resolve contractual and commission inquiries
  • Develop professional and dependable working relationships across the organization and with external customers
  • Remain current on changes and updates for processes and operational procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations and expectations
  • Responsible for adhering to all company guidelines and policies
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
