Job Summary:
RPA Coordinator supports the onboarding, monitoring, and maintenance of the Robotics Processing Automation (RPA) policy. Includes coordination with providers/organizations to accept, monitor/track, respond to & report on RPA requests.
- Support the implementation, stabilization, and ongoing support of the new Robotics Processing Automation (RPA) Policy:
- Monitor, log, and track all incoming RPA requests and supporting documentation; includes maintenance of the RPA Tracker; and the issuance of responses
- Support the evaluation of RPA requests and issuance of approval numbers as required
- Support Quality Control activities to ensure accurate, timely monitoring and issuance of responses to all organizations
- Outreach to organizations to communicate MassHealth’s final disposition of the RPA request or monitoring activities upon QC validation
- Monitor approved organizations through implementation and stabilization, and validate compliance with the RPA policy
- Report the status of all RPA requests, dispositions, and related activity monthly in both excel and power point
- Monitor and evaluate suspected RPA/bot activity reports from the Virtual Gateway and MMIS; outreach to impacted organizations to determine RPA utilization, and report the status of suspected bot activity monthly
- Support the development of and/or modification of RPA documentation, reporting tools, etc…
Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across agency & with external partners
- Demonstrated ability to create reports and tracking tools using excel – must be proficient in this tool
- Demonstrated ability to document and present key concepts in a clear concise manner using industry tools (e.g., power point, Excel, Word)
- Experience working in a professional, administrative, or managerial capacity in business administration
- Experience working in a fast-paced, professional office environment
