Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3-5 Years’ experience in HR and/or Learning & Organizational Development
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management type roles
  • Direct experience in working with project management tools (MS Project / SmartSheet/ Excel)
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in implementing leadership and professional development programs in a corporate environment.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Workday reporting and analytics.


  • Pharmaceutical industry experience


Job Summary:

  • Responsible for supporting functional projects; may lead small-scale cross-functional projects with direction from a senior member of TM&D Team
  • Assist in developing and executing learning strategies and program
  • Design and facilitate learning programs
  • Facilitate new leader assimilation sessions
  • Review programs, recommend and implement improvements
  • Produce training materials
  • Responsible for supporting all program logistics for Leadership Academy
  • Manage nomination process for Leadership Academy
  • Review all learning programs and materials and recommend improvements
  • Set up and manage MS Team rooms for Learning & Development programs and initiatives
  • Identify and recommend process improvements for Learning & Development programs
  • Review learning assets and recommend how to embed in programs and within Organization
  • Research and recommend virtual professional development training
  • Maximize usage of our learning platforms
  • Performs typical project management duties for various development initiatives, including end to end program management of learning initiatives and processes based on learning strategy.
  • Manages relationships with vendors, developers, and consultants for the purchase and/or development of content and the delivery of learning services, as needed.
  • Collects quantitative and qualitative feedback to measure impact of programs and initiatives.
  • Creates and documents standardized operating procedures and plans across programs and processes
