Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years progressive experience in recruitment sourcing or recruiting support role – some experience supporting marketing and IT/Tech teams

Job Summary/Description:

The Corporate Recruiting Sr Specialist identifies, engages, and recruits qualified candidates by performing sourcing activities to include, but not limited to: market and Internet research identifying alternate candidate sources, cold calling, executing recruiting calls, referral recruiting, online social networking, attending seminars and local networking events.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develops a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates as per business area need.
  • Conducts follow up activities and maintain relationships with candidates for pipeline opportunities.
  • Identifies appropriate sourcing techniques that align to market, industry, skillset and region.
  • Attends hiring leader in-take meetings to gain insight into the qualifications and skills needed for open positions; analyzes client requirements against qualifications of candidates and matches the best candidates with client needs.
  • Qualifies candidate applications and sourced candidates by conducting resume/profile review and telephone screens to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.
  • Responsible for opening jobs, posting jobs to job boards, and closing jobs. Ensures all candidate data is documented, updated, and reported properly.
  • Leverages company brand equities in sourcing techniques to target the right talent pool for area supported.
  • Debriefs recruiter by delivering external candidate profiles, market research and sourcing strategy.
  • Delivers exceptional service working with external applicants through the interview and hiring process
