A travel and leisure organization in Boston, MA seeks an HRIS Specialist to join their growing team.
Must Haves:
- 2-3+ years HRIS experience including experience running reports
- Strong Excel experience
Preferred:
- UltiPro experience
- Benefits experience
- Experience with new hire orientations
Job Summary/Description:
- Administer HR systems and processes in Ultipro and external systems to ensure that all employee information is accurate and timely as required for Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting and Employee Relations.
- As a part of the company’s People & Culture team, contribute to all HR functions and company events with technical and people skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Ultipro processes, vendor interfaces and management adherence for Benefits, organizational information and performance management, and Recruiting
- Provide recurring and ad hoc reporting from key HR systems
- Provide technical leadership on P&C processes: merit and incentive calculations, P&C Portal, and ad hoc requests
