Job Summary/Description:
A global consulting firm is hiring for a temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator to assist their TA team with administrative tasks. The role involves scheduling interviews (video and onsite), coordinating travel and hotel arrangements for consultant candidates, event planning for large class hiring events, maintaining various recruitment reports, preparing candidate correspondence, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate has several years of TA support in a professional setting, with experience with ICIMS ATS highly valued. Candidates must be vaccinated and able to work in office at least 2 days a week at their Chicago, DC, or NYC office.
Must Haves:
*3 years of experience in TA/recruiting support
*Experience using an ATS required (in-house system is ICIMS)
*COVID -10 vaccination
Preferred:
*Experience with recruiting for professional services
*Bachelor's degree
