Revenue Manager

Duties:
-Responsible for the product revenue accounting operations with an understanding of the application of GAAP, prepare of account reconciliations, maintenance of internal controls, and accounting policies
-Analyze and research revenue accounting matters, providing accurate and comprehensive documentation of issues identified and resolution reached in white paper format
-Oversight and accountability for revenue month-end close activities, including gross-to-net analyses and adjustments, preparation/review of journal entries, close packages and management reports, internal and external accounting data requests
-Primary stakeholder for the order-to-cash process, monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely processing in system to ensure compliance with company policy and contracts
-Perform collectability and bad debt analysis and book adjusting entries as appropriate for the month-end close
-Development, implement and maintain controls and process documentation related to revenue accounting activities
-Collaborate and partner with cross functional teams to support product launches and process best practices
-Coordinate the daily operations related to revenue recognition and establish regular and effective communication channels across multiple organizations
-Work closely with external audit team regarding all quarterly review and annual audit requirements.
-Assist with projects for process, control, and scalability improvements including documentation of the control environment
-Ad hoc projects as needed
-Strong potential for temp to perm

Skills:
-6-8+ years relevant accounting and operational experience
-CPA required
-Solid understanding of ASC 606 revenue guidance required, including gross-to-net analysis and revenue reserves
-Experience in Oracle Fusion
-Excellent analytical skills; strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
-Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
-Strong Excel skills, especially advanced financial modeling and analytical techniques
-Able to streamline and automate complex processes
-Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
-Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
-Knowledge or experience in using sound judgment within broadly defined practices and policies
