The Client Billing Specialist reviews and analyzes time and disbursement data and drafts clients bills and related items, including spreadsheets and attachments, and provides support in all phases of client billing. Utilizes the Elite Billing System for all billing inquiries and reporting and Microsoft Word for drafting invoices. In addition, processes write-offs, applies on account retainers to unbilled time and disbursements, and backs up other Client Billing Specialists as necessary.
Must haves:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of big law experience
- Experience with Aderant or Elite software
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Word
