Requirements
– 3 years of procurement/analyst/buyer or related experience creating Purchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders
– Experience working with Finance and Business Systems.
– Understanding of Source to Contract, Procure to Pay, and PR/PO lifecycle
Responsibilities
- Support creation of Purchase Requisitions and Change Orders in our Procure-to-Pay platform (OracleCloud).
- Monitor and manage all Purchase Requistions initiated to ensure Purchase Orders are created; transmitting a copy of the PO or PO Number to Suppliers and supporting Accounts Payable to ensure Invoices are processed in a timely manner.
- Manage PO Lifecycle with business partner outreach, updating ownership, and closing out POs.
- Partner closely with Cross-Functional Teams such as Sourcing, Legal, Risk, Vendor Security, Procurement Operations, and Business Owners.
