Responsibilities

  • Assist with the internal and external hiring process including, posting jobs, reviewing resumes and communicating with candidates and managers to set up interviews
  • Assist with the new hire onboarding process including initiating the background check and drug screening process
  • Coordinate and disseminate monthly HR topic postings and emails
  • Assist with attendance tracking and uploading attendance information into database
  • Help with employee disability claims tracking Assist with monthly HR reports for the plant
  • May also assist in covid tracking and testing documentation
