The Global Corporate Giving team is seeking a temporary Senior Representative, Operations & Finance to join their team. This is an incredible opportunity to have an impact and support a global funding portfolio comprised of 250+ strategic charitable partners improving the lives of underserved structural heart and critical care patients and strengthening the communities where the company’s employees live and work. This role is designed to manage giving administration, operations, and financials. This work will enable strategies for operational efficiency development and implementation by the Senior Manager, Global Corporate Giving, during a high-volume time for the Foundation.
 

  • Manage payments (track, process) for Foundation and Global Corporate Giving, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment for all foundation donations, as well as foundation and corporate expenses
  • Execute Employee Matching Gift Program, including audit of 5% of monthly submissions
  • Reconcile monthly foundation financial statements
  • Review outstanding checks; void and reissue payments as necessary to align with policy
  • Manage (update, maintain) financial management system (CyberGrants) to ensure accuracy, data integrity and useability for internal and external users
  • Maintain charitable organization profiles, including non-profit contacts
  • Update grant applications and automatic notifications, employee and charitable organization interfaces
  • Implement an automated reporting system: develop management reports to meet business needs
  • Update, develop training materials and how-to-guides for internal and external users
  • Ensure proper documentation of agreements and approvals
  • Support execution of United Way Giving Campaigns, including portal accessibility and data reporting
  • Provide customer service on expense and funding payments for internal and external partners
  • Work closely with Senior Manager to follow-up with charitable organization on documents, information needed to finalize grant applications
  • Track and validate other donations from the corporation
  • Manage execution of charitable organization grant agreements
