HR Operations Partner
Direct Hire

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Operations Partner that will oversee the onboarding, employee benefits, HRIS, Total Rewards programs and wellness programs globally.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee benefit programs and employee benefits changes, including enrollments and terminations; Provide and oversee general benefits support to employees as needed
- Coordinate and oversee Open Enrollment process including development of materials, communications, and system testing
- Maintain and oversee employee personnel records and HR systems to ensure compliance and accurate confidential employee information
- Participate and lead in efforts to improve and maintain HR systems; Accountable for Data Integrity and auditing to ensure accuracy
- Provide data or materials requested by other departments for compliance or audit requests
- Oversee administration of leaves of absences, disability, and workers’ compensation claims
- Assist with annual company-wide merit and performance review process
- Liaison with payroll administrator and Paylocity
- Maintain and administer compensation and benefit reports and files
- Oversee and plan wellness-related programs and events
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or other related field
- 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, particularly HRIS, Benefits and compensation, preferably in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
- Superior organizational and project management skills, including the ability to work independently on projects of high complexity
- Strong analytical skills, experience with reporting and data analysis; Experience with Paylocity preferred
- Collaborative team member with excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and strong sense of urgency and follow-through
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and good judgment
