The Senior Compensation Business Partner will participate in the administration of the company's Compensation strategies, processes, and guidelines to positively contribute to the employee experience. Will work directly with Business leaders and functional teams to implement, standardized, compensation processes and solutions.

They are looking for someone more on the financial side and that has strong experience with data analytics. Must have strong reporting skills.
Seeking someone flexible and adaptable with change.
Comfortable with variable pay plans. Classic market pricing, equity, compliance. The organization is heavy on variable pay or bonus programs.
A large chunk of the organization is on variable plan program. This hire will Create documents, calculate pay outs, and work with financial liaisons. High volume and high touch when it comes to customer support. The comp team takes a very consultative approach. The organization is very diverse. This hire must be comfortable interacting with all levels of staff, including high level.
The work is strait forward compensation. Responsibilities include market analysis, guidance on paid positions, audits, and paid equity.
