Interview Process: Starts with HR and then will have interviews with some of the hiring managers from the facilities department


Must Haves:

  • 2-3 years experience is fine. 
  • Willing to learn and do multiple tasks
  • MS Office



  • Any work with Purchase Orders and Contracts would be a bonus but we are willing to train


Job Summary/Description:

Responsible for coordination of all onsite vendors visits, schedule visiting guests, including  travel accommodations.
?    Provide front desk presence as needed
?    Manage relevant office services relations and associated contracts and purchases
?    Responsible for office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels 
?    Oversee conference room scheduling, spaces and equipment
?    Coordinate permanent, temporary and visitor seating and accommodations. Work closely with administrative staff and IT to ensure accessibility and a cohesive working environment across sites
?    Coordinate all onsite events, including any vendor interactions and catered needs as requested
?    Coordinate calendars for work related to the operational day-to-day activities 
?    Responsible for proactively coordinating meetings and managing internal and external communications
?    Coordinate worldwide travel plans including expense reporting and reimbursement
?    Proactively collaborate with other administrative staff members in collaboration and coordination of calendars, requests, and events
?    Responsible for designated aspects of key projects, “as directed by senior staff”
