Our Client is looking for an innovative Technical Recruiter with demonstrated expertise in IT and technical recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition Team.

About the Role:
We are looking for an innovative Technical Recruiter to recruit and provide subject matter expertise and consultation in the areas of IT and Biomedical recruitment. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to seek out quality candidates, build and nurture strong candidate pipelines, and place candidates into open vacancies.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
Minimum of 7 years’ relevant work experience

Desirable Skills:
Demonstrated ability to build strong business relationships. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Self-confidence and self-starter. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with a broad range of technical searches in the areas of information technology, life sciences, and engineering strongly preferred. Negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
