Billing Associate

Location: Philadelphia, PA (hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH after training)
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of billing experience
- Proficient in computerized ERP systems and Excel
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management
- JDE experience (ERP system)
- Knowledge and experience in cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations) and process validation desirable
Job Description/Overview
The ideal candidate must have great excel skills and billing experience. They will assist with month end close, which can be a very stressful and busy period for this site. The manager needs someone that has strong attention to detail and who is able to multi-task. If they have experience with JDE, that would be ideal.
Location: Hybrid Flex- the individual will be able to work onsite 3 days and remote 2 day every week after training.
Responsibilities:
Generation of invoices for Storage, Receipts, and Return Drug Supply. : SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Generate all billing inclusive of
- Generation of invoices
- Review and maintain billing work file detail.
- Prepare invoicing file for month end invoicing process
- Detail review of storage to ensure proper billing
- Coordinate response to billing inquires.
- Work with Contracts Administration to resolve contract inquiries
- Provide support for returns, storage, receipts analysis when needed
- Send invoices to clients
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Must possess excellent follow up and planning skills.
- Must work well under pressure and be able to prioritize workload.
- Must be computer literate, and proficient in computerized ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Must be well organized, detailed, and multi-task oriented.
- Must be able to interact effectively with a variety of individuals and personalities within and between departments.
- Needs to be self motivated and able to work independently.
- Flexible schedule required to meet reporting deadlines.
- Knowledge and experience in cGMP and process validation desirable.
Education/Experience:
- BS in Business Management or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years relevant work experience preferred.
