Must Haves:
- AP experience
Preferred:
- Eclipse software experience
Job Summary/Description:
- Handle full cycle AP including entering invoices and credits, coding, reviewing, processing, etc.
- Ensure invoices are posted to correct GL accounts and locations
- Reconcile inventory invoices entered into accounting system to inventory intake reports across various locations
- Maintain copies of invoices and payments for historical tracking
