Requirements
– High School degree or equivalent
– Minimum two years office, clerical, reception experience.
– Knowledge of Microsoft Applications Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel
– Strong soft skill: interacts with employees at all levels
Responsibilities
- Sit at reception desk in Lobby
- Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Process Lunch Requests.
- Setup Meeting Requests.
- Setup large meetings/corporate events (includes but not limited to setting up moving chairs/tables as needed, order and setup lunch, print/setup signs/decorations, cleanup after meeting).
- Run Badge Process – help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Rounds – follow checklist to keep floors clean and organized once a day.
- Distribute mail and packages to GP Leads.
- Inventory – must keep up to date on supplies and kitchen inventory and stock when needed.
- Assist Office Administrator as needed/requested.
