Job Description:

A luxury goods company with a prime location in NYC is seeking a Customer Service Associate. You will be assisting customers with the after-sale service process and ensure they receive a high level, luxury experience. The candidate should have experience in a client facing role and be poised and polished with a go getter attitude.

Must Haves:

  • High School Diploma
  • Vaccination Required
  • 1 year Customer Service Experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office


  • 1+ year Customer Service Experience with Luxury Brand
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power BI


  • Answering incoming telephone calls from market professionals and customers regarding after-sales questions
  • Calling customers and market professionals regarding after-sales questions
  • Handling customers' products properly when receiving or returning them 
  • Greeting customers and visitors properly
  • Performing basic scanning work
  • Pulling and filing paperwork
  • Ability to handle products
  • Escalating incomplete warranty issues
  • Allocating service jobs to appropriate departments
  • Answering incoming telephone calls at the Switchboard and in the Call Queue Handling customer payment authorizations
  • Entering data into Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system
  • Reviewing estimates with customers
  • Documenting issues of quality
  • Invoicing
  • Managing standard workflow steps
  • Preparing products (inspecting and packing) after invoicing to be returned to customer Preparing products to be returned to customer at counter Signing in customers
  • Performing back-office administrative duties as assigned by supervisor
