Client Job Title: HR Administrator
A quickly growing nonprofit in NYC is in need of a HR Admin to help support the onboarding process, this individual should have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to navigate through various steps of the onboarding process. ADP experience is a huge plus.
- Manage the onboarding process (performing compliance checks, audit HR hire files and create ADP profiles.)
- Handles all data entry into the HRIS and file auditing for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resources files.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records, assuring all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- 1-2 years of Administrative and/or HR Experience
- Vaccine Required
- ADP Workforce experience a huge plus
