Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or related field
– 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources, Total Rewards or Finance
– Experience as a Compensation, Data, and/or Business Analyst; or, the equivalent, demonstrating the ability to analyze and provide insight on large volumes of data

Responsibilities

  • Define the future of work by developing job structures across their organization, which serve as a foundation for current and future talent processes
  • Develop and define job functions and families in partnership with HR consultant
  • Create consistent standards for job levels in partnership with HR consultant
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking
  • Recommend compensation strategies that align with newly created job architecture
  • Align current colleagues compensation to newly created job architecture
