Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and coordination support of the Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) and receive direction on a daily basis
• Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) for employees who are not rehired
• Create RIF paperwork at the direction of the HRBPs if not re-hired or re-employed
• Coordinate and track attendance to ClearRock sessions for employees
• Run reports and assist with tracking recruitment activity as directed by TAS
• Assist with creation of offer letters.
