Human Resources Specialist

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
– 5-7 years relevant experience in HR
– Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Human Resources point of contact for internal and external customers while insuring highest level of customer support. Assist with the full employee life cycle including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Lead projects with accountability for project plans, action items, budget, and management of resources and project teams.
  • Design, implement, and maintain HR programs including Educational Assistance and Adoption Assistance programs. Perform audits of HR programs to ensure compliance and effective marketing and utilization.
  • Manage HR financial process including budgets, forecasts, accruals, quarterly reviews, vendor expenses, payment reviews, purchase order requests, expenses processing. Execute billing/vendor assessments and perform expense reviews between HR and Accounts Payable/Receivable.
  • Maintain HR documentation and external facing communications including phone and email lists, HRLT and HRBP meeting/facilitator schedules, MBO review schedules, OCA Holiday Calendar, other communications upon request.
  • Collaborate with HR Leadership to suggest and execute policies and procedures updates. Provide insight and consultation on change management and communication plan.
  • Present HR programs, initiatives, and communications to all levels of organization.
  • Assist V.P., Human Resources with schedules, business meetings, and other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge in various HR Systems including DocuSign, SAP, Success Factors, Learning & Technology, Data Analytics, Office 365. Facilitate training and support of HR and business on critical HR system functionality.
  • Analyze departmental data including KPIs, Forecasting/Budgeting Information. Design reporting to ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate events for HR Department and HR Functional areas including benefits, wellness, employee experience, D&I, Training and Development, other areas as requested.
  • Identify areas for improvement to create efficiencies and streamline processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
