Learning & Development Project Manager Role
Reporting to: Chief People Officer
We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development project manager to help drive how we enable our employees to thrive and reach their potential. We have a number of best practices across our legacy organizations to draw on – and we need a team member who can leverage ‘Design-Thinking’ to understand our learning requirements and build leading class development programs. In this role, you will help prioritize the development initiatives to drive the most impact – and this might include onboarding to manager development to career pathing and knowledge transfer. We will also depend on your experience and knowledge with how to drive ‘learning in the flow of work’ and help us innovate our development processes. The successful candidate will be motivated, creative, comfortable with some controlled chaos, and enjoys working hard and having fun.
What you will do:
? Provide direction and leadership in concept development; analyze needs, tasks, learning environment and develop learning objectives and requirements.
? Filter incoming training and learning requests against development priorities to ensure voice of customer is incorporating into our products/services.
? Manage project timeline, tasks and follow-up with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), acting as a liaison to keep the project on track and move it toward the finish line
? Create learning materials that are highly engaging and use innovative blends of modern learning options
? Employ assessment and evaluative instruments that allow us to efficiently leverage data for continuous improvement
? Think both short and long-term. Develop a plan that enables both quick wins as well as ensures the long-term outcomes to drive organizational effectiveness.
? Building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and SMEs across the company to design and develop content that translates identified business needs into practical, easy to use solutions.

? Experience driving projects at scale across a complex organization.
? Proven success designing and implementing enterprise level development programs, and learning that is innovative and ‘in the flow of work’
? Entrepreneurial, organized, proactive, and productive – knows how to prioritize what needs to be done and rallies colleagues to get things accomplished
? Track record building people experiences that take an ‘customer-in’ approach to effectively solve a business pain point and yield significant business impact
? Highly collaborative with the ability to work independently – committed to staying organized and working independently to achieve target timelines while also knowing how to work with and through others to drive change.
? Motivational and compelling in oral and written communication skills

? Experience with 15Five enablement platform a plus!
? College degree required; advanced degree a plus but not required
? >5 years of professional experience in project management, product management, and/or instructional design.
