- Technical recruiting experience including software engineering and product roles

Job Summary/Description:
- Work with hiring managers to understand open reqs
- Assist with writing job descriptions and posting jobs
- Source for qualified candidates using various techniques
- Handle phone/video interviews and work with hiring managers to schedule interviews
- Make hiring recommendations to hiring managers
- Track candidate progress using UltiPro
