A leading supplier of natural stone, porcelain tile & slabs and other materials is looking for a permanent Sales Support Assistant for their NYC Showroom to support their construction based and architectural sales team. This position will be responsible for client facing interaction including phone calls and emails, forwarding to the sales team as appropriate. They will also input / write orders in the system to match proposals, send order packets to Product Specialists, and help the sales process run smoothly. The ideal candidate has a background in customer service/sales support with a keen attention to detail. Any experience in the construction/materials industry is a huge plus.
- 1+ year experience in Data Entry or Administrative role.
- Industry experience in Tile / Stone or related industry
