A leading supplier of natural stone, porcelain tile & slabs and other materials is looking for a permanent Sales Support Assistant for their NYC Showroom. This position will be client facing and handle such tasks as assisting sales associates with necessary documents, ensuring proposal packets are complete prior to sending to the Order Administrator, maintaining the CRM (MS Dynamics), responding to client inquiries via phone and email, coordinating invoices and more. The ideal candidate has a background in customer service/sales support with a keen attention to detail. Any experience in the construction/materials industry is a huge plus.
- 1+ year experience in Customer Service or Administrative role (data entry)
- Industry experience in Tile / Stone or related industry
