Job Summary:
The Real Estate Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Real Estate Department through the following responsibilities outlined below.
- ???????Retrieve mail and distribute within the Real Estate Department and redirect mail that is the responsibility of other Departments
- Manage scanning and cataloging of mail that specifically pertains to Property Administration e.g. real estate tax bills, PILOT bills, landlord communication (invoices, reconciliations, notices and otherwise) and checks
- Create and Track Purchase Orders
- Assist on Payment Processing (Capital Projects, Lease Administration, Tax Payments, etc.)
- Coordinate Outgoing Mail (FedEx, USPS, UPS)
- Coordinate Vendor Correspondence (address and recipient validation)
- Maintain real estate checklists including contacts list and resource coordination between Departments
- Provide resource for communication to internal tenants for information on CBRE HelpDesk
- Resource to lease administration for obtaining back-up documentation from contractors on tenant improvement allowance
