Responsibilities:
- Calculates commission data for all global divisions
- Reconciles and analyzes commission to ensure accuracy
- Reports commission data and responds to all inquiries on a timely basis
- Maintains and reviews the commission processing system regularly including all cross-selling commission programs
- Reviews unique commission types with divisional management on a quarterly basis
- Prepares the monthly commission accruals and reviews with Corporate Controller
- Assists in monthly revenue analysis to identify any gaps
- Analyzes monthly commission accruals vs actuals and provides corrective action, if necessary
- Special projects as assigned by CFO / Corporate Controller
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum two years in a payroll accounting role within a heavy commission organization
- Strong excel skills
- Extensive knowledge of all payroll functions
- Proven communication skills
- Ability to multitask within a multiple OpCo environment with varying pay cycles
Plusses
- Quickbase, Tableau and/or PowerBI or equivalent database experience a plus
- WorkDay and/or Staffing industry experience a plus
