Overview:

The HR team is looking for a Compensation Analyst with a passion for data analytics, developing, and maintaining company-wide compensation processes.  The Compensation Analyst will partner with global HR leaders and business partners. The Human Resources team supports 1,700 employees within 25+ countries.

 

Responsibilities:

Analysis & Projects:

  • Lead and conduct annual market benchmarking (job matching) to maintain InterSystems’ competitive total compensation position
  • Conduct benchmarking for new roles and provide comp analysis for Recruiting team for new hires
  • Global lead for conducting job evaluations, market assessments and organizational reviews
  • Conduct annual gender pay equity audit and work with management on corrective actions
  • Research/review/recommend compensation tools including comp benchmarking surveys
  • Partner with HRIS team to assess Workday compensation module for potential implementation
  • Compensation metrics and analytics as requested by HR Business Partners and management
  • Research compensation surveys, practices, and industry trends to identify process and organizational improvements
  • Assess compensation practices to ensure compliance with country-specific regulations

Support & Guidance:

  • Provide compensation guidance to regional HR Business Partners
  • Support the annual increase and target incentive programs in collaboration with HR Business Partners and HRIS.
  • Job code/job profile evaluation and maintenance for Workday
  • Enter compensation transactions into Workday
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of comp experience in companies with rigorous compensation practices
  • Proficient Excel skills
  • Passion for data analytics and data integrity
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred:

  • Global compensation experience
  • Workday experience
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation a plus
