Client Job Title: Access Support Specialist
Duration: 4/18 start. 3 months contract. Can extend/convert based on performance.
Location: Onsite in Boston – potential to work hybrid after training period (1-2 months)
Hours: 9:30am – 6pm Monday-Friday

- High school diploma/ GED
- Call center experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Answering calls in a dedicated call center. Taking between 60 – 80 calls per day. Reporting to the Access Support Unit Supervisor to help document all fiscal and demographic information in the medical center's computer system.
- Verifies registration information over the phone and with patients seen in outpatient clinics.
- Ensure proper billing for services provided.
- Email with registration updates are sent to 2 general mailboxes that will need to be worked in addition to answering phones. Outlook experience would be helpful.
