We are looking to hire a full-time Receptionist at our office in Quincy, MA. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of office administration and excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities. The hours for the position will be Monday through Friday from 9 am – 5 pm. 

General duties include: 

  • Answer and direct phone calls; take messages as needed

  • Order office supplies

  • Provide general support to visitors

  • General administrative duties such as typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

  • Open and distribute mail

  • Assist with mailing documents and packages

  • Order lunches for the office

  • Set up in-house functions (meetings, luncheons, etc.)

  • Assist with personal tasks, and errands

  • Other duties as assigned

 

Skills/Qualifications: 

 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, required 

  • Ability to work more than 40 hours with flexible schedule, as needed 

  • Strong written, administrative, and organizational skills 

  • Valid Driver's License with good driving record (valid driver’s license and maintenance thereafter is required as a condition of employment). 

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
