Contract Recruiter
Primary Responsibilities: :
As our Contract Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
- Partner with hiring managers to develop search strategies and processes for business-critical positions and hire top talent
- Be responsible for sourcing, identifying, interviewing, and assisting in the hiring of new employees
- Proactively attract and engage individuals for openings across the organization
- Leverage external and internal talent data to best inform hiring managers, and guide them to make smart hiring decisions
- Proactively develop strong partnerships with across the HR teams
- Conduct in-depth talent phone screens, in-person/Zoom interviews, and facilitate internal team discussions regarding candidates
- Provide effective recruitment solutions by developing a solid understanding of the business as well as the external talent landscape
- Manage candidate communication throughout the interviewing process
Education, prior work experience, and specialized skills and knowledge: :
- BS/BA or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience supporting a corporate setting
- 3+ years of recruitment experience focused on research and/or clinical positions
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job board/resume search agents
- Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience
- Ability to work with ambiguity and changing priorities
- High standards, delivering with a sense of urgency; operating with a strong customer relationship and satisfaction approach
- Strong understanding of technology and experience using talent acquisition systems, including Applicant Tracking, social media, and other tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at all levels across a matrixed organization and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Demonstrated ability to partner and influence virtually and work with limited supervision
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience conducting behavioral based interviews
